1.1.1 - Inspect for signs of leakage, mechanical damage, sagging, coating failure, corrosion, cracks in welds and excessive vibration.
1.1.2 - Inspect point at which the pipe lay on supports for corrosion under pipe supports.
1.1.3 - Inspect for misalignment that may be indicated by piping dislodged from one or more supports, excessively deformed expansion joints, out of plumb, etc.
1.2.1 - Inspect for signs of leakage, mechanical damage, distortion, coating failure, corrosion, cracks in fillet welds.
1.2.2 - Inspect for signs of leakage from weep holes of reinforcement pads if applicable.
1.3.1 - Inspect for signs of leakage, mechanical damage, distortion, coating failure, corrosion, cracks in fillet welds
1.3.2 - Inspect for proper gusseting and seal welding of threaded connections.
1.4.1 - Inspect for signs of leakage and for full stud thread engagement
1.4.2 - Inspect for coating failure, corrosion on studs, nuts and in between the flange faces
1.4.3 - Inspect for cracks in studs and welds.
1.5.1 - Check for any corrosion damage
1.6.1 - Inspect for signs of leakage, mechanical damage, distortion, coating failure, corrosion, and cracks in welds.
1.7.1 - Inspect for signs of leakage, mechanical damage, coating failure, corrosion or cracks in welds
1.7.2 - Verify that the device is properly supported to prevent excessive loading on piping.
1.8.1 - Inspect for mechanical damage, cracks in attachment welds, corrosion and distortion
1.8.2 - Verity that spring hangers are free to move and not bottomed or topped out of their travel range.
1.8.3 - Note any missing hangers or supports.
1.9.1 - Inspect for signs of leakage especially from weep holes.
1.9.2 - Inspect for mechanical damage and cracks in the welds attaching it to the process piping
1.9.3 - Inspect for coating failure and corrosion especially on hard to reach areas that may not have been properly coated.
1.9.4 - Verify that dummy legs have unobstructed weep holes at the bottom
1.9.5 - Inspect internal of open ended supports and underside of process piping through the open end for corrosion
2.1.1 - Verify that the inlet and outlet block valves are carsealed open
2.1.2 - Verify that atmospheric vents have weep holes and are free of obstructions
2.1.3 - Identify inlet, outlet and vent piping that have low points that could trap liquids.
2.2.1 - Inspect for signs of leakage, mechanical damage, improper installation, corrosion and or cracks in attachment welds.
2.2.2 - Inspect for presence of seal welds.
2.3.1 - Inspect for leakage, mechanical damage, paint failure, corrosion or cracks in welds
2.4.1 - Inspect for leakage, mechanical damage, paint failure, corrosion or cracks in welds
